Help THV 11's Joey the Garden Cat build a play room for the felines at the Animal Village!
FAV's Goal = $60,000
The new addition, to be called 'Joey's Play Room,' would give the cats at the Animal Village a place to get exercise and play, which they can't do very well in the cages they are typically confined to. The main goal of this new play room is to give the felines a more active life and make them healthier, but it will also do more than that. With the cats playing at free will, potential new owners can see how they interact with others and how much energy they have. This will be a great way to help people determine which cat would best fit in their family and at their home.

FAV Presents the Village with $100,000 Check!
Friends of the Animal Village has received a $100,000 gift from an anonymous donor, which we were recently able to formally present to the Little Rock Animal Village. Thanks to this generous donation, LRAV is now able to fund the construction of a Transition Shelter for animals waiting to take the Rescue Waggin' to their forever homes. And because this new building will be able to house up to 40 dogs, the Village won't rely fully on foster homes for those animals during the transitional phase. We are all so thankful for such an unprecedented gift to our city's shelter—one that will truly enable the Village to increase annual adoptions and improve the quality of life for the animals in their care.
